Human Resources Manager

Summary of Responsibilities

We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.  At Dreamplex, the HR Manager is responsible to ensure that all human resources (HR) operations are carried on smoothly and effectively. 

The HR Manager is the go-to person for all employee-related issues. This means that your duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management.

You will be responsible for developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects.  Your main goal is to ensure that all HR needs of the company and Dreambuilders are being met and are aligned with our values and business objectives.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy including plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety, training & development, employee engagement, etc.
2. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation of our Dreambuilders.
3. Act to support Dreambuilders by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development, and engagement.
4. Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics
5. Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance
6. Serve as the point of contact for Dreambuilder relations
7. Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
8. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
9. Anticipate and resolve litigation risks
10. Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics
11. Manage the recruitment and selection process
12. Administer compensation and benefits
13. Nurture a positive working environment
14. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
15. Provide decision support for staffing, recruitment and retention through HR metrics
16. Ensure legal compliance throughout the company as it relates to the Labour Code.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
• People oriented and results driven
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Effective communication skills, both written and oral.  You should have fluency in both English and Vietnamese.
